      Project Geolocation

      Levels of Geolocation

      There are three levels of geolocation. 

      1. No coordinate system is defined, in which case the project will not be geolocated in ORIS. The default position will be in Paris, and the user will have to manually place the project using the search bar. With no coordinate system defined, it is not possible to import production sites into the drawing from ORIS.
      2. If the project has a coordinate system, but no geographical location is defined, the project will be exported at the default point of the selected coordinate system. The user will have to manually move the project in ORIS. Production sites can then be imported into the drawing from ORIS.
      3. If the project has a coordinate system and a geographic location has been defined using the marker, the project will be geolocated directly in ORIS. Production sites can then be imported into the drawing from ORIS.
      Note: the name of the selected coordinate system and the latitude and longitude of the project point are displayed at the bottom of the window.
